INCREDIENTS:
-1 pound of ground pork
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-2 eggs
-1 cup jelly noodle (bean thread)
-1 cup shredded carrot
-1 cup shredded cabbage
-1 teaspoon sugar
-1 teaspoon salt (add 1 -teaspoon of fish sauce& oyster sauce
if you like

METHOD:
Mix all ingredients in the big bowl,
place about 2 table spoons of ingredients on egg roll skin,
roll and seal with egg yolk,
fry in deep hot corn or vegetable oil until bright brown,
drain in paper towel or drainner and serve hot.
Egg roll sauce
Boil 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar & 1 teaspoon salt until
they mix together, cool it down for a few minutes, then add 2
or 3 table spoons of fish sauce, 3 table spoons of garlic chili
sauce and 1/2 cup of broken roasted peanut.
